Frequently Asked Trash Service Questions at Eldridge Trash Service

  • How Often Do You Bill?

    We bill in 2-month cycles. Your bill will be due by the 15th of every other month.

  • What Are My Payment Options?

    For convenience, we have several options for you to choose from. 


    • Enroll in Auto Pay on our website, and your payments will be processed on the 1st of the month they are due.  
    • Utilize Bill Pay at your bank. (Remember to set it up to draft every other     month.)
    • Call on the phone, and we can take payment with a debit or credit card that will post immediately.
    • Log into your account on our website portal and make a one-time payment. 
    • Mail us a check or money order

  • What Are Unacceptable Items?

    We do not accept any of the following:

    • Paint
    • Motor Oil
    • Metal
    • Wood
    • Concrete
    • Tile
    • Shingles
    • Yard Waste
    • Tire
    • Sheetrock or any demolition material. 

     If you have any questions about properly disposing of an item, please call the office, and we will be happy to help you.

  • What Time Should I Put My Trash Out?

    Put your trash out the night before as our drivers start their routes by 6 am.
